Please feel free to forward this to anyone you know who may be interested. The pre-registration deadline has been extended to noon, Tuesday February 24th. Civilians who have not sent in a base access form and a registration form by this time WILL NOT be able to participate. If you want to come but you're not sure yet, it doesn't cost you money to pre-register. Here's our schedule: Friday 27th - Course set up 3:00PM. Vehicle tech - 4:00PM till 5:00PM on base at the course (for military participants only) 7:00PM to 9:00PM - host hotel parking lot (Comfort Inn) Saturday 28th. 7:30AM - Walk on Military registration. 7:30AM to 9:30AM - Vehicle tech. 10:00AM - Drivers Meet -First car ASAP. 4:30PM - End event, area clean up, trophies. 6:00PM - Off site. Sunday 29th. 7:30AM - Walk on Military registration. 7:30AM - 8:00AM - Vehicle tech. 8:30AM - Drivers Meet - First car ASAP. 3:00PM - End event, area clean up, trophies. 6:00PM - Off site. Registration info: BASE PERSONNEL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS - Pre-Registration is encouraged until 12:00 Noon, Thursday, Feb. 26th. Walkon military registration is available Saturday morning.
